Current Status: Free (Open Source)
FileCanvas is currently 100% free and open source. No payment is required to download or use the Software.
Paid Tiers (When Available)
When paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Lifetime) become available:
- Digital Downloads: Software purchases are eligible for refund within 14 days if the license key has not been activated.
- Activated Licenses: Once a license key is activated, refunds are not available except where required by law.
- Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. No refunds for partial months.
How to Request a Refund
Contact support@filecanvas.dev with your order number and reason for refund. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days.
